Why do bad things happen to good people? I know it's cliche' but it's a question I always wondered about. There were many times in my life where I felt not understood, confused, felt alone, betrayed, lied to, felt lost, and had no sense of direction that caused an emotional disturbance. My approach is a Client-centered and humanistic approach, & to be able to provide you with tools that you already possess. I will be providing not only a holistic approach to conquer your issues and challenges, but also making sure that you are on the path to success, whatever that may mean to you.

Through different techniques such as Mindfulness Meditation, Art therapy, Nature therapy, and Journaling; I will help you find the tools that are just right for you. Not only that but I also provide couple's counselling, Anger management as well as one-on-one private counselling sessions that will help you in your quest.
