Mindfulness Meditation

The purpose of this workshop is to not only educate participants in a wide variety of areas to help manage stress levels but to also help cope with anxiety. Running this psychoeducational group had a significant impact on my professional practice as it helped me gain a lot more confidence in being able to communicate better with the clients.  The goal of this workshop is to introduce you to the idea of Mindfulness and introduce Meditation techniques, and to create a sense of community and open dialog about stress, anxiety, and how it affects our mental health. Also, to introduce participants about sensory mindfulness practices, and to Mindful Drawing.
